THE GRAND RIVER EXPEDITION 2020 HAS BEEN

RESCHEDULED TO JULY OF 2021 DUE TO COVID-19


THE NEXT GREAT PADDLE WILL BE JULY 11, 2020 AT VANDERCOOK LAKE 

This paddle will begin at the boat launch at the South end of the Vandercook Lake County Park on Avenue C.  Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the launch starting at 11:00 a.m.  From here you have the option of paddling up the Grand River or around Browns Lake, Cove Lake, Mud Lake, Vandercook Lake and or Williams Lake. Please click on the waiver link below to print your waiver prior to the paddle.

Founded in 1990, the Grand River Environmental Action Team is a Local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of and restoration of the Upper River Watershed in the Jackson County of south central Michigan.

GREAT organizes clean-up activities & monthly public paddling outings to create environmental awareness
